Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer several shipping options to fit your needs:

International Shipping
We ship to 27 countries worldwide via USPS and DHL Express. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and chosen service.
Estimated international delivery times:
- USPS International: 7–21 business days
- DHL Express: 3–7 business days
Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress directly on the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are shipped as soon as they become available. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately at no additional cost. Estimated ship dates for pre-orders are listed on each product page.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
